Please note: most, but not all, insurance companies cover my services. Canada Life and Industrial Alliance DO NOT cover my services. Please check with your provider to confirm. 

A valid credit card is required to book online ONLY to enforce the 24 hour cancellation policy. If you come to your appointment as scheduled, your card will never be charged! If you prefer not to have your card on file, contact me using the email address above and I will help you book your appointment in a different way.
